Director & Principal Industry Training Consultant
From an engineering and agricultural beginning through photojournalism, sales and marketing to government and industry training; Marks’ career has morphed through a range of roles and exposed him to a broad range of industry experience.
This combination of technical understanding, communications, politics and customer service has given Mark perspective and an ability to investigate, ask, define and achieve.
Key Skills
Project Management – experience of product, service and result based project management including the review of training needs across the civil infrastructure sector (service), implementation of training for Drinking Water Assessors, the revision of training for Building Control Surveyors (product), the uptake of e-survey and TA e-certification (result).
Enterprise programme and Portfolio Management – implemented program systems and processes into a government business unit and portfolio systems and processes into an industry training organisation.
People Management – managed teams of 10-15 people in multi-project environments.
Product Management – Nikon scientific products, Land-on-line electronic lodgement and approval service.
Industry, Business and Systems Analysis – researching, analysing and understanding sector, business and individual needs to develop, present and implement solutions.

Stephanie Williams
Director & Communications Consultant
Stephanie brings her love of detail and big picture perspective to the projects she manages. Both aspects are vitally important to achieving a successful outcome.
Stephanie has been involved over the last 10 years in the development and redesign of websites, the development and production of marketing material (printed media), the planning, marketing and hosting of conferences.
Stephanie gained experience in the dental, travel and broadcast sectors before becoming a director of Williams Unlimited. She has two beautiful daughters and enjoys participating in their school and after school activities; this can mean she isn’t always in the office, but who is.
