Scenario: Williams Unlimited was contracted to provide product support for two organisational products e-survey and TA e-certification. These are online services relating to the survey approval and registration of land information.

Williams Unlimited worked in partnership with LINZ staff to review the training services available to organisations and individuals wanting to start using the on line services.

Features:

1. Design, development and production of a computer based learning tool for both the e-survey and TA e-certification end users;

2. Review, tender and contracting of training providers for the delivery of on site organisational e-survey and TA e-certification training;
