Medium and Large Buildings Detalis - Scenarios Document

The scenarios document lists scenarios for ‘small buildings’ and ‘medium and large buildings’ to be used as models and/or benchmarks in the assessment of unit standards within the two National Diploma in Building Control Surveying.

This document is not part of the unit standards but is referenced where needed in the assessments.  While it is made publicly available the document will be held and maintained by the Local Government Industry Training Organisation.  This should ensure the scenarios remain relevant and can be more simply changed or updated as required.
