Education Strategy

Organisations use education in many different ways. They upskill their own staff on computer programmes and management techniques.

Organisations also provide training to customers, stakeholders and even suppliers as a strategy to achieve their organisational goals e.g. uptake of a product or service and implementation of legislation or policy.

Organisations often provide this education and training free of charge, as it is a cost of achieving a bigger goal. While this education and training may not be linked to the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) it must be provided and quality assured in much the same manner.

The projects we have completed to date have included needs analysis, development of computer based training tools, tendering through GETS and contracting and managing contracted providers.
