Summary: |
This was a three stage project 1. Review & Needs Analysis of training in the Civil Contracting Sector. This involved determining a suitable survey sample given the size of industry, creating and completing a combination of postal surveys (750) and personal surveys (75), analysing feedback and formulation of a report for consideration by InfraTrain. 2. Review the 12 existing qualifications, 120 unit standards, complete a gap analysis, develop additional components, manage industry consultation process and complete registration on the National Qualifications Framework. 3. Development of assessment documentation to assist industry role out of revised qualifications and enhance the quality assurance process. |
