Revision of FRSITO AMAP and related QMS components.

Goal:

Review existing AMAP, Develop User manuals for Assessors, Moderators and Providers and amend related Quality Management System documents.

Achievement:

Successful registration of a negotiated AMAP document with NZQA and development and release of supporting manuals and QMS components.

Summary:

FRSITO was the first ITO to be audited by NZQA against all quality assurance components. The audit identified several issues which were the focus of this project.
A revised AMAP was drafted to address the audit issues and this was presented to NZQA and an acceptable document negotiated.
Three user manuals were then developed to provide processes, direction and resources relevant to the user.
The organisational policy documents relating to the changed AMAP were updated to reflect the new AMAP.
